Glastonbury approaches thick and fast ,already a year gone by, you can also tell it's approaching as it's been raining. Good old Glastonbury
Wouldn't be the same without rain.
So here is frank top tips on survival for the weekend.
* bring wellies even if it hot ,you never know!
* don't bring a tent! As you won't find it amongst The rest
* don't bring any money, so you haven't worry about losing any.
* last but not least ,most importunately Get Your Hair Cut ( look smart. ) cause you never know what celebrity you might bump into,
it could Be your 1 and only chance. Remember( first impression ) Make it count!

this Friday me and Tina are off on a 5 days trip to Orlando.

its a invite from tigi,to all national accounts salon in the UK, as a work/pleasure
workshop. we re looking forward to the trip as its a way to talk to other salon owner's
and share other ideas, and introducing them back too the salon.
Its also a chance to see the latest launch of new and exciting products with from tigi.

Well the bristol 10k is finally upon us ,and we are down to the last minute details for the event .well you done the training and watch your diet ,but have you though about a last minute trim . Keeping cool & looking smart is key .pop in to franco's and one of the boys will sort you out . .with late nights tue, we'd ,thur ,Friday till 7 you have a team at hand .
Frank tip! The Shorter your haircut = less weight = A better time.
