New year & new look!

happy new year to you all,hope you had a good one.
new year & new look. lets start shedding the pounds .nil by mouth, untill march.

W,S,Mare tough ten,19th of Feb. 10 mils cross
country (GREAT RACE),and my home race, the bristol10k. 27th may.
plus get a new look haircut! to go with this incredible new psychic,your partner wont let you out of her sight.

with 4 late nights till 7pm tue/friday & friday morning breakfast club 7.30am til 9.00am and free coffee, there is no excuse.

Christmas opening times

Merry Christmas to you all,
hope you all have had a nice break ,and Now the wait for new year eve parties .Franco's opening times for over the festive period our Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday ,9.00am till 6pm and Saturday 8am till 4pm. Franco is working the Saturday only .

charity month ( MOVEMBER )

Firstly we are in the month of November, 8 ks till Christmas,just though you wanted know that.!
well in Franco's this month we have token the role of growing some facial hair and creating a moustache.all in ad of charity and raising funds for prostate cancer .
as monkeyboy has very light facial hair colour, we gave him a head start as from august last year.

we are open 4 late nights in the week, Tues /weds / Thurs /Fri till 7pm.

The Bristol belter

Roll into October ,glad to see the back of September ,what with the Bristol half marathon and the Bristol belt er ,I am truly whacked.
Race day was warm which didn't help, but a controlled race I cross the line 2 hrs 5Min's. As thought I didn't do enough training..the same could be said for the Bristol belt er ,it destroyed me!! I Slept like a baby.
what new in Franco's well we have a new product range in call EVO. It's the same people who brought you fudge.
There are six styling Products to the range and a shampoo and conditioner .pop in and ask to see this new styling haze power.
It's mad ,just sprinkle it on to the hair to provide texture and a zero shine. Check it out !
Finally Franco's raised £500.00 for meningitis for all his effort's .

Bristol half marathon 2011

well with two days to go before the Bristol half, hope are fading fast for a sub 2hr time.
perpetration has been poor .On Sunday i manage to do my 1 and only long run of 8 miles.
Mean while at Barbering @ Franco's the monkboy ,Sam,Dan are arranging a sweep stake on the event.
At what mile will Franco collapse!
great support from my team ,don't you just love em.
the charity i have chosen to run for, is the Meningitis research foundation.
collection boxes are in moda hairdressing & Franco's so min um denotation is a
fiver .
so best of luck on the day Look out and give me a shout! and remember run like the wind.
if i was a betting man my money is on mile 13.

charity fun raising events.

Its that time of year for fun raising ,so here are two big sporty events i booked in for, September.
The Bristol half marathon 11Th and the 25Th, The Bristol belter .
A 75 mile bike ride, route Bristol to Cheddar & back climbing up some nasty hills.
All monies raised will go to-the charity click Sergeant.
Training has been poor ,as my body thinks its still on holiday.
Anybody interested in the Bristol belter sign up and come and join our team.
Bike rides are on Wednesday afternoon for those who are interested in getting those extra miles in.
